Hoje vim aqui compartilhar com vocês uma massa de pizza bem simples, rápida e deliciosa! Estou tão viciada nela que tenho feito quase todos os dias para o lanche da tarde, imagina onde vamos parar quando essa quarentena acabar, ne? kkkkk
Dias atrás estava com aquelas minhas famosas "vontades de comer" e era de pizza, mas queria uma massa rápida e até experimentei uma de microondas mas, apesar do preparo prático, o resultado não me agradou muito. Pesquisei mais um pouco e encontrei esta aqui e me apaixonei na primeira garfada! Sensacional!!! Como a própria moça do vídeo disse, não fica nada a dever para as tradicionais!

Massa de pizza de frigideira
- xícara medida de 240 ml
2/3 xícara de água
1 colher (sobremesa) de fermento seco para pão, aquele granuladinho
1 colher (sobremesa) de açúcar
1 pitada generosa de sal
2 colheres (sopa) de óleo (usei azeite de oliva)
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo aproximadamente
Numa tigela, coloque a água bem morninha, junte o fermento, misture e adicione o açúcar, sal e óleo. Vá adicionando a farinha de trigo aos poucos até ficar uma massa que possa ser sovada na mesa. Fica uma massa bem macia e boa de trabalhar, dá o ponto rapidinho. Divida a massa em duas partes, modele em bolas e deixe descansando enquanto prepara os ingredientes do recheio tipo cortar tomate, cebola, ralar a muçarela... a cebola, por exemplo, eu fatio, lavo e espremo para tirar o excesso de água e coloco sobre um prato forrado com papel toalha e levo ao microondas por uns 40 segundos só para dar uma amolecida. Eu faço o mesmo processo com a calabresa.
Abro a massa numa frigideira (24 cm) com as mãos mesmo. Se quiser a massa mais grossa, use uma frigideira menor.
Leve ao fogo baixo e tampe. Deixe por cerca de 5 minutos ou até dourar levemente. Vire o disco e tire do fogo. Espalhe o molho de tomate, recheie à gosto, volte a tampar e leve ao fogo baixo novamente por mais 5 minutos. No final, eu aumento o fogo e deixo mais um minutinho para deixar a massa bem crocante!

Pizza de panela de pressão ou frigideira:
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1/2 colher chá de sal
1 colher sopa de fermento em pó
5 colheres sopa de óleo
3/4 xícara de água
Prepare a massa misturando todos os ingredientes. Amasse. Divida em partes, abra discos conforme o tamanho da frigideira. Ela é indicada pra fazer na panela de pressão, mas faço na frigideira.Fica ótima.
