Estas cuecas são feitas com fermento em pó, super fáceis de fazer e a maioria dos ingredientes costumamos ter na despensa. São do tipo sequinhas, levemente crocantes, perfeitas para acompanhar um café no meio da tarde!
Cueca Virada
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 ovo
6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
1 pitada de sal
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga ou margarina
1/2 xícara de leite
1 colher (sopa) de pinga ou vinagre de álcool (usei pinga)
1 colher (sobremesa) de fermento em pó
Coloque todos os ingredientes numa vasilha e amasse com as mãos até formar uma massa possível de sovar na mesa. Pode ser necessário colocar um pouco mais de leite ou farinha de trigo, vai depender do ovo, da manteiga, do clima... Sove por alguns minutos, a massa fica lisa e bem consistente, mas desgruda das mãos. Cubra com pano de prato e deixe descansar por uns 10 minutos, fica melhor para abrir com rolo. Enquanto isso, coloque o óleo para aquecer, faça mistura de açúcar com canela em pó para polvilhar...
Abra com um rolo pequenas porções em formato retangular na espessura de 0,5cm e corte tiras de uns 2 ou 3 cm. E cada tira em retângulos de uns 5 ou 7 cm. Faça um pequeno corte no centro e passe um lado da massa por ai, torcendo e dando um leve puxão. Frite em pequenas porções até ficarem douradas dos dois lados. Escorra em papel toalha e passe na mistura de açúcar e canela em pó. Depois de frias, podem ser guardadas em latas ou potes hermeticamente fechados.
Adoro doces fritos, não conhecia a receita e fiquei com vontade de provar.
